Vermontville Opera House Available for Rent
The Vermontville Opera House is available to rent for Graduations, Weddings, Reunions, Luncheons, Parties, etc.
Charges are as follows:
Vermontville Township Residents:
$75.00 per day
$100.00 cleaning deposit, to be paid at the time of rental
$25.00 use for kitchen with rental
$10.00 for each additional hour
Hourly rate $25.00 for two hours/minimum + $10.00 for each additional hour
Commercial and Non-Residents:
$150.00 per day
$200.00 cleaning deposit, to be paid at the time of rental
$50.00 use for kitchen with rental
$20.00 for each additional hour
Hourly rate $50.00 for two hours/minimum + $20.00 for each additional hour
Cleaning deposits will be returned within 7 days after satisfactory inspection by Vermontville Building and Grounds personnel.
Use of alcohol is permitted ONLY when renter assumes total responsibility and liability for any and all occurrences or accidents and agrees to hold harmless the Township of Vermontville. In the case in which alcohol is provided without charge the renter must supply a certificate of insurance verifying host liquor liability insurance. If alcohol is to be provided on a fee basis the renter must supply a policy naming the Township of Vermontville as additional insured in addition to a liquor license from the State of Michigan. Renter also agrees not to serve alcohol to anyone less than 21 years of age.
